Two interrelated narratives revolve around female assassins with lethal skills. The initial one is situated in Hotel Harbour View, where a Japanese expatriate residing in Hong Kong sips whiskey, clicks photographs of a luxury sex worker, and awaits his inevitable death at the hands of the assassin who's hunting him down. In the second account, titled Brief Encounter, a renowned Parisian assassin becomes the target of his own murderer, whose identity he is familiar with.
