Reiroukan is a visually appealing dwelling that currently houses both male and female scholars. Shirai Genta decides to make a new beginning in life by relocating to Reiroukan. The residence is filled with a diverse group of individuals - the nerdy Tokimaru and carefree Mikoto, who often vex her friend Midori with her untidiness. Genta finds himself caught up in comical and ludicrous situations. However, he soon learns that Reiroukan is scheduled to close within a year. Nevertheless, Genta still has ample time to create memorable experiences with the charming inhabitants of the domicile!
