Upon his arrival at a notorious haunted apartment, nineteen-year-old college student Yuuki Reikan encounters a female ghost who attempts to frighten him. Despite her efforts, Reikan is not your typical fearful tenant. Instead, he takes pleasure in the idea of courting a ghost and decides to stay put. He endearingly calls the mild-mannered figure "Yakuro-san" and employs his idiosyncratic charm to win her over, much to her dismay.
