Tetsuya Tachikawa is a talented archer who is starting his freshman year at a new high school. His main goal is to join the school's archery club, where he hopes to meet the legendary archer known as "Kami no Ko", or Fudou Gonzaburou. Tetsuya has heard that Fudou is even better than him, and he wants to learn from his skills.
During his first day at the archery club, Tetsuya accidentally walks in on a changing girl who turns out to be his senior and a club member. She doesn't seem to be very skilled, but Tetsuya respects her position and treats her as his senior. Much to his surprise, she kisses him after practice.
However, Tetsuya soon discovers that the "girl" is actually Fudou Gonzaburou in disguise. Despite this revelation, Tetsuya is still determined to learn from Fudou's expertise and join the archery team.
