Millennia ago, Enka, the God of destruction, predicted that his progeny would bring about the apocalypse before his death. In the present day, Enka's descendants, comprising humans and other beings, partake in the Peaceful Family Operation. The ultimate objective is to instill the value of love in a family and identify and obstruct the rightful heir of Enka from fulfilling the oracle.
The novels chronicle the unique existence of an atypical "family" consisting of a feline-human hybrid as the maternal figure, a lion and a sentient android weapon as sons, an aquatic, daughter-like entity from another realm, and a 27-year-old military officer as the paternal figure. The Imperial Japanese Anti-Paranormal Phenomena Section's (IJAPP) Special Operations Forces unified this unrelated ensemble to fortify Earth for the year 2063.
