After leaving Subaru, Miyamoto Subaru secures a job with a German ballet company. Unfortunately, due to pneumonia, she cancels the company's tour of Japan which results in a negative impact on her professional reputation. Struggling with her own self-worth, she meets Nico, an exceptional ballet dancer who is physically disabled. Nico lost both his partner and sight in a tragic accident. Can Subaru help him return to ballet with a new partner? And in doing so, will she find a new perspective on her place in the world?
