Natsumi Kawashima, an energetic fifth-grader, dreams of becoming the perfect, alluring woman. Her infatuation with cute guys never materializes and leaves her feeling dejected. However, her luck changes when she comes across a box of mysterious pink nuts that are only meant for adults.
After consuming the nuts, she transforms into a voluptuous adult, and the world suddenly takes notice. She is offered lucrative modeling gigs and attracts the attention of previously disinterested guys.
