In this fantastical tale, Pipy, a mermaid, sets out on thrilling escapades with her sea turtle companion, Gabo, and the prince of a mechanized island named Engilin, who takes the form of a car. Dr. Lehman explores the possibility of transforming humans into mermaids to address the impending overpopulation of land areas in the future. He conducts the experiment on his own infant son, who subsequently becomes Pipy. Lehman and his spouse are imprisoned on suspicion of murdering their child. However, the child manages to escape to the sea and is rescued and raised by a kind turtle. As Pipy, he embarks on a journey full of adventures alongside his dear friend Gabo.
