Tomoya Aki is a high school student who is a massive fan of Otaku culture. To support his collection of BDs, he works part-time. One fateful day, he meets the stunningly beautiful Megumi Katou, and his life immediately becomes more complicated. He finds himself navigating a complex web of relationships, including his childhood friend Eriri Spencer Sawamura, who treasures their bond, and Utaha Kasumigaoka, a celebrated literary genius who has set her sights on Tomoya. While it may seem like the opening of an eroge game, it's actually the tale of a small doujin circle or indie studio as they try to survive the rigorous demands of Comiket and beyond.
