Due to the dumping of different types of trash, the sea in our world has become contaminated. This has made life unbearable and unwelcoming for inhabitants like Ika Musume, also known as Squid Girl. In response to human beings polluting the water, Ika Musume seeks revenge on them. However, her lack of understanding about the surface world leads her to attempt to invade humanity on her own, trying to gain control over the planet. Unfortunately, this plan fails when she accidentally destroys a nearby beach-house wall and is subsequently imprisoned.
