Every day, Ten Serizawa embarks on a lengthy two-hour journey to school aboard the 6:00 a.m. bus without any qualms about her decision to commute from home. Although a boarding house is conveniently located just seven minutes from school, she remains content with her current living arrangements despite sacrificing quality time with friends after classes.
However, Ten's perspective on the matter changes when her friend, Ageha Haruna, invites her to visit the boarding house she calls home. The thrill of sharing a living space with classmates engulfs Ten, causing her to contemplate her previous stance. Her doubts intensify as the day progresses and she begins to re-evaluate her choices.
It is only through chance encounters with the serious Chiaki Kasedera and laidback Riku Mikuhara that Ten reaches a resolution - she is excited to try life in a boarding house.
