After World War III, the Führer established the Unified World Government and eliminated anyone who could impede the creation of a "flawless world." This involved people with disabilities, those following diverse religions, labeled as "traitors," and others.
To ensure personal safety, the Führer relies on the Black Rose, a specialized protection squad. Luka Oogami, an accomplished alumnus of the academy of unified army officers, is recruited into the Black Rose. Their mission is to save the world from imminent danger.
