During the modernization period of the Taisho Era in Tokyo, the Kagurazaka family's elder brother, Len, is determined to prevent his sister Rin from being in an arranged marriage. In a last-ditch effort, he embarks on a quest to find the fabled ghost train known for its wish-granting powers, only to be met with an exorbitant price demand by its conductor Miku. Meanwhile, Chiho, the artist behind the poignant melody, storyline, and wordplay of a renowned song, debuts as a manga artist. Unfortunately, the series is now on hiatus.
