Kido is the latest member to join the vibrant group of roommates staying in Oak House. As he settles in, he comes across Matsumoto, popularly referred to as "Mom," who staunchly safeguards his kitchen and will not let anyone tamper with it. Another tenant, Lenny, is an American student deeply interested in otaku culture. Akito is the fourth member, a mostly silent individual who fumbles while removing his glasses and crashes into doorways. The last member is Shiina, the proprietor's son, who is strikingly good-looking yet has a quick temper. With such distinct and contrasting personalities living together, it is not surprising to see various challenges arising, especially when love enters the equation!
