Tachibana Izumi embarks on a quest to find her father, who she has yet to meet. Her search leads her to Mankai Company Theatre, where he once served as director. Upon arrival, she discovers a struggling theatre troupe burdened with overwhelming debts, a lone actor, and a lack of notable accomplishments. In order to honor her father's legacy and revive the cherished theatre group, Izumi takes on the role of director to revitalise the four troupes: Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. This manga follows the journey of the Spring Troupe (Haru-gumi), the first of the four troupes to rise from the ashes.
