In a society dominated by men due to a decline in female births, scientists are determined to reverse the virus and save humanity. Among them is the renowned and attractive Mikoshiba, from a privileged background, who has taken an interest in Niino, a modest but ambitious scientist with a desire to save the world. Mikoshiba moves to Niino's lower class area to assist in their research and attempts to persuade Niino to test his unconventional theory: that engaging in sexual acts may offer a solution to the world's crisis.
