Akaba Ken, a top-tier stock-car driver, survived a tragic incident that claimed six lives but not without severe injuries. He made a promise to his younger sister to leave racing behind and assist his father in developing a new Formula 1 car in the United States. The car broke records during testing, increasing the pressure on him to return to the circuit, but this time in the F-1 league. Although some champions supported his decision, some of his opponents did not want to see him race again, especially those responsible for the initial disaster.
