Curious about tasting a renowned artisanal beer? Kyoto-based advertising agency staff member, Kenzaki Nana, felt she wasn't being treated fairly by her colleagues. However, a stroke of luck resulted in her meeting shop owner Nonami Ryuichi and photographer Ashikari Tetsuo whilst dining at "Shiro Kuma" izakaya, and trying their craft beer changed her perspective completely. The splendid brews feature in the "Kyoto Craft Beer Story", and are authentic creations.
