Having graduated from Tokyo University, Gin'ichirou made the choice to decline a job offer and go back to his hometown, Rain-Free Village, where he would be employed by the local government. Although he had left behind his city lifestyle, Gin'ichirou was disappointed with the village's lack of seclusion, as it only comprised of his childhood friend Meg and three part-time workers, one of which he knew from high school, Sumio. As Rain-Free Village was also witnessing a decrease in population and lacked distinct attractions, would Gin'ichirou be able to discover a way to draw in tourists?
