The central character in this tale is Tsubaki Kamui, who hails from a family of well-known antiquarians. One day, a mysterious gentleman by the name of Sena Takuto walks into her shop seeking evidence of his identity as the descendant of Anastasia, the last surviving member of the Russian Empire. He carries with him an object that he wishes to present to Kamui's grandfather for appraisal in order to validate his claim. However, news has recently spread that an item of great significance to Anastasia has been taken. Could Takuto be involved? Will he achieve his goal of proving his lineage? And what is Kamui's part in all of this?
