Despite being a mere middle school student, Makoto is responsible for looking after his scatterbrained elder brother. Upon returning home from school one day, Makoto discovers that his brother has brought home a dubious man he found in the rubbish dump. To make matters worse, it appears that his brother has developed an instant infatuation with this stranger from the dump.
