The plot of "That Boy and Juliet" centers on Ryousuke Ijuuin and Mitsuru Yamada, two lovers who fell for each other at first sight, much like Romeo and Juliet. Their powerful fathers, who were the largest landowners in town, were locked in a longstanding feud and expected their sons to carry on the enmity. Despite this, the young couple decided to elope in the dead of night. However, their plans got derailed when one of their guests fell ill, and they were traveling through Tsuchiura on their way to Tokyo.
In "Dramatic Boyfriend/Melancholic Boyfriend," Rokuta Tadokoro and Hina Sakurada have been the best of friends since childhood. Hina, who had a unique appearance, was often ridiculed by their peers, but Rokuta always stood by him. Eventually, Rokuta encouraged Hina to participate in a national young male idol contest, which Hina went on to win. As Hina's fame grew, they found it challenging to spend time together, causing hurt to both of them.
"Love Letter no Osoushiki" tells the story of Yuusuke Takayama, who lost his faith in people after being insulted for his attraction to men. To cope, Yuusuke sought solace in writing and began creating love letters for his classmates after successfully assisting one student in finding a boyfriend with his letters. But when a love letter he dropped in Suzu Aizawa's locker bears an eerie resemblance to the handwriting of Michiru Sonoda, Suzu's deceased girlfriend, Aizawa demands answers from Yuusuke.
