Sakae, hailing from Innoshima island, had a conventional upbringing until her recent visit to Tokyo to meet with her younger sister, Yukiko. While there, Sakae happens upon Seo, an aspiring actor bearing an uncanny resemblance to Masanori Sera from "Twist," and finds herself increasingly smitten with him despite being engaged back in Innoshima. Ultimately, Sakae chooses to move in with Seo. Meanwhile, after losing her virginity, high school student Isako Yoshinaga returns home to find her mother, Hatsue, absent, leaving her feeling untethered and unsure.
