In the year 2043, planet Earth was invaded by an enigmatic life form named "Baby". It possessed multiple human hosts, leading to the birth of monstrous creatures called "Organos" which massacred countless individuals and brought humanity to the brink of destruction. This event was later identified as "Extinction Day". In the midst of battling an Organo, Elettra - the protagonist of our story - realizes that the parasite has infected her left hand. Though Elettra experiences unbearable agony, her physical appearance remains unchanged. Determined to discover the truth behind Baby, she embarks on a mission to locate other survivors.
