Kousuke is a yakuza member who holds a low rank and relies on selling his body to sustain himself. Although his transactions with clients are typically brief, one morning he wakes up next to a client he cannot remember encountering, despite noticing his own tattoo on the client's body. Kousuke's curiosity is piqued by a charming customer named Inami, who requests his services for another night. However, Inami's friendliness confuses Kousuke, especially after learning about Pierce, a new drug responsible for causing memory loss. As Kousuke becomes suspicious of Inami's intentions, he uncovers that he is, in fact, an investigator tasked with uncovering the origins of Pierce.
