Kisanuki Shin is no stranger to misfortune. Mishaps and brawls always appear to befall him, yet his adept reflexes and formidable martial arts ensure his safety. Sadly, Shin's run of bad luck continues as he causes a car crash that wrecks a costly Porsche, burdening him with an enormous debt. With no means to pay up, Shin faces the grim reality of abandoning his studies to earn money, an option he loathes. As a consequence of his past delinquent conduct, Shin only gained admission to school through the grace and trust of the Chairman's representative, which he cannot afford to jeopardize.
Fortuitously, Shin's recent exploits have not gone unnoticed. A well-known model, Takami Ukon, observes both the vehicular crash and a skirmish that Shin effortlessly dominates. He approaches Shin in school and propositions a mutually beneficial agreement: Shin shields Ukon from danger, and Ukon pays Shin's monthly installments on his debt. Without much musing, Shin accepts the offer. However, it becomes evident that Ukon conceals his own secrets; he is an adept fighter and trouble follows him around like a shadow. Shin discovers he will need to exert himself to earn his remuneration.
