After being reformed by the GTO, Eikichi Onizuka, Riko and Miko Sakaki - also known as the Twins of Terror - decide to leave their past behind and become members of the Disciplinary Committee at Chigasaki Kahoku Private Academy. Their goal is to assist distressed students by utilizing an SOS messaging service. However, when they uncover an illegal prostitution ring operating within the school, the twins make it their mission to restore order and ensure that the offenders are held responsible for their actions.
