In Saho's perspective, she had a contented life with her manga artist father and her adored grandmother, whom she fondly refers to as "Granny." Though their family lacks opulence, and she detests her father's laid-back fashion sense, especially when he wears sweats all day, Saho truly cherishes her home.
However, one day, their tranquility is shattered when they receive the news of Saho's mother's demise. Her mother who had left them years ago, taking Saho's elder brother along. As a result, Mugi, her brother whom she hasn't seen in a decade, moves in with them.
Saho struggles to cope with living with a brother whom she only knew through faded family pictures, and his self-centered and narcissistic demeanor makes things worse. Will they ever be able to reconcile and establish a harmonious relationship?
