In Daiouyama Prefecture High School, with an enrollment of over 3000 students, the Student Council's Empress takes action to cut down on the lesser-known clubs that drain school resources. Her directive is for the numerous small clubs to amalgamate into a single entity, resulting in the forced merger of four distinct clubs. These individual clubs had their own group of female members and interests, and are now required to share one common space.
