The protagonist of the tale is a conceited person who has managed to accomplish remarkable feats as the CEO of a contemporary enterprise. But, following an unforeseeable demise, he comes back as Paril, a beautiful female belonging to an esteemed lineage in an imaginary realm. While grappling with this transformation, he acknowledges that he has been relegated to a lower rung on the social ladder and his previous triumphs and riches are no longer relevant. Resolved to reclaim his former prestige and attain fresh pinnacles in this alternate universe, he determines to start afresh and reconstruct his empire.
