As a typical elementary school student, Akikaze Cosmos assists her mother in managing the Hanami town hostel. Despite her young age, she exhibits remarkable maturity and responsibility, outshining even the older residents, including the high schooler Soyokaze, the college party-goer Sonoko, and the inappropriate Raita. Although Hanami town and the hostel appear unremarkable, the surrounding area is a radioactive wasteland that forbids entry. However, upon inadvertently venturing into the barren desert, Cosmos undergoes a miraculous metamorphosis into a mystical angel.
