Takato Saijou, a young, charming actor, has been crowned "Sexiest Man of the Year" for five consecutive years. However, his reign ends as Junta Azumaya, a rising star, snatches the title away from him. Adding insult to injury, Junta also replaces Takato as the lead actor in their upcoming drama. Takato is furious and views Junta as an adversary he must defeat.
One day, after filming, Takato accepts an invitation for drinks from Junta. The next thing he knows, he wakes up naked in Junta's bed. Junta shows him a compromising video from the previous night, and Takato assumes that it is blackmail.
To have the video deleted, Takato sleeps with Junta. However, after Junta confesses his love and admiration for Takato, he realizes that Junta's intentions aren't as malevolent as he initially thought. Despite pretending otherwise, Takato begins to enjoy Junta's attempts to win his heart and become the number one man in his life.
