Liye, a prophet, finds herself in a world filled with magic and awakens as a woman whom a shaman doctor had resurrected when she was a child. One day, while at a hotel bar, she meets Tanaril, a wizard who had been cursed by a witch and was unable to have children with any woman. After a few cocktails, they spend the night together, but Tanaril misunderstands Liye's intentions and accuses her of only approaching him for his high status. Despite the accusations, Liye becomes pregnant with his child and announces it through a magical letter.
To ensure the well-being of their child, the two decide to get married by contract for different reasons. Liye knows she shouldn't fall in love with Tanaril since they are from different worlds. Besides, Tanaril is known to be a cold and distant person. However, Liye's expectations are shattered when she discovers Tanaril is, in fact, kind and caring.
