Initially, Ryouko's boyfriend, Otoumi Kou, is not fond of her best male friend, Yajima Yukari. However, after getting to know each other, the two become close despite their initial dislike. Even after Ryouko and Otoumi's split, Otoumi and Yajima remain great buddies for five years and make an effort to meet up regardless of the distance. But when Otoumi receives a confession from Ochiyama, leaving Yajima confused about their friendship, things take a dangerous turn. As they navigate their conflicted feelings for each other, they must discover their true emotions before it's too late.
