Due to Gi Haru's illness, he cannot differentiate between reality and delusions. As a high school student, he has a terrifying dream about the end of humanity. However, his only confidants are his girlfriend Kang Lee Ha and his studious friend Kang Yul. During a poetry recitation, Gi Haru experiences a hallucination, causing chaos and violence to erupt throughout the school. Though he believes it to be another delusion, it turns out to be true.
On the day of the massacre, Gi Haru is forced to kill his girlfriend Kang Lee Ha, and Kang Yul betrays him. As a result, he loses his sight and is taken into custody as the perpetrator of the massacre. But with the aid of the competent group called the "Panthers," Gi Haru embarks on a quest for revenge against Kang Yul. Despite being confined in a mental institution, he remains determined to seek justice.
