During the peak of the Showa era, a manga follows the story of Kouko, a young girl undergoing detective training. She receives an offer from a prominent household to discern the source of a death threat sent to their son, Inugami, who resides in a Tokyo dormitory. Thus, she moves in to commence her investigation; however, her cooking abilities are lacking, and she struggles to initiate the case.
