Shingo and Kippei are engaging in intimate activities in a concealed area within the school premises. Unfortunately, their chosen spot is not concealed enough as it catches the attention of the student council administrators. The council strictly condemns homosexual conduct and enforces physical repercussions, which are not the pleasant form, unfortunately. The commanding officer, Sawatou, also known as "Doberman," towers authority-wise and is both attractive and imposing with his cape. Kippei is so taken by him that he instantly develops strong feelings. Unfortunately, Sawatou's disdain towards homosexuals may make their romance untenable.
