In Japan, narcotics have been legalized, including the new drug Icarus that has given some users supernatural abilities. These users, known as dopemen, pose a threat to society, and D-Unit has been formed to combat them. However, even the members of D-Unit are dopemen themselves. This sets the stage for an intense battle featuring superhuman doping.
