"Are you open to a friends-with-benefits setup?" In high school, Kazunari and Hayato shared the same last name but were polar opposites in reputation - Kazunari was deemed the "nerdiest" while Hayato was the "coolest". However, when the two discover they have a secret in common, Kazunari seeks comfort from Hayato who is more experienced in sexual matters.
