Ever since her childhood, Kosumo has been hospitalized due to her rare blood type. With no potential donors, her life is in peril. After rescuing a child, Himiko-sama, who is the 99th Generation Miko, is swiftly taken to the hospital. It is revealed that she has the same rare blood type as Kosumo and becomes a donor. Regrettably, she passes away due to her injuries. Kosumo recuperates and eventually learns that she carries not only Himiko's blood within her.
