Elite Yankee Saburo is set in Tokumaru Academy, a renowned high school infamous for its disruptive students. The Ookouchi siblings, Ichirou and Jirou, previously attended the institution and were known for their violent deeds. Saburou, their younger brother, enrolled in the school, causing widespread fear among the students. However, Saburou was a mild-mannered teenager with a penchant for otaku culture. Unluckily, due to a series of misunderstandings, he was mistakenly recognized as a "first-class delinquent."
