Nineteen-year-old En is enjoying a night out at a club when he falls prey to a vampire attack. Despite surviving the bite, he eventually succumbs to the transformation, becoming one of the undead himself. Luckily, Ichii, a member of the "FANGS" vampire organization, takes him under his wing, acting as his guardian. In an effort to control their insatiable thirst for blood, the organization implements a "pairing system," pairing up vampires to support each other.
