Since elementary school, Kazuya Kawaguchi has had a crush on Miki Toda. However, every time he tries to give her a love letter confessing his feelings, fear always gets in the way. Years later, the two reunite at an alumni homecoming. To Kazuya's dismay, Miki has no memory of who he is, causing him to conceal his disappointment. Likewise, Miki vaguely remembers Kazuya, leaving her frustrated that he appears to have forgotten her as well. However, just when Miki thinks the night is a bust, Kazuya summons the courage to ask her out on a date. Thus begins the sweet, yet awkward love story of two accidental lovers whose journey began with a stack of overdue, undelivered love letters from more than a decade ago.
