After being defeated in a tournament by the Rokushin Kaikan karate school, martial artist Ikeuchi Mentaro relinquishes his pursuit of the sport in search of greater strength. However, when the school invites him and other martial artists to compete in another open tournament, Ikeuchi sees this as an opportunity for redemption and to test his progress.
Sandrovich Yabako, author and illustrator of the webcomic, created this story during his amateur days before eventually crafting Kengan Asura and Danberu Nan Kiro Moteru?. Several characters, like Kureishi Mitsuyo, from this series made appearances in his future works.
