Fukami works with Shin Miyamori and they're good friends. During a conversation, Miyamori confesses that he's gay and has been physically abused by his boyfriend, Eiji. While walking together, they encounter Eiji who is about to hurt Miyamori again. Fukami intervenes and brings Miyamori home to ensure his safety. The following day, Fukami proposes that Miyamori moves in with him until he saves enough money for his own place. However, as time passes, Fukami can't help but consider a permanent living arrangement with Miyamori.
