The first arc, named "Capsule," covers volumes one through five of the series. Kouhei cannot stop thinking about his childhood friend Kurara, whom he has formed a crush on recently. However, Kurara is acting strangely, displaying two distinct personalities that leave Kouhei confused. After finding out about Kurara's multiple personalities, Kouhei struggles with his feelings for her while trying to protect her secret from their classmates.
The second arc, known as "Secret," spans volumes six through sixteen and follows the story of Akira Hatsushiba, an average high school student who experiences a dramatic change in his life after a glitch in a video game called Gacha Gacha. Whenever Akira sneezes, he undergoes a gender swap, giving him the chance to get close to his crush, Yurika Sakuraba. Despite the challenges of the gender-bending switcheroo, Akira seeks to take advantage of the opportunity to pursue the girl he likes.
The collection also includes a one-shot, "Miniature," featured in volume 13.
