Thanks to his friendship with Ted, McDohl's life took a dramatic turn. He went from being General Teo McDohl's son, serving in the Imperial Army, to becoming a wanted enemy of the Empire. As a chosen bearer of one of the 27 True Runes, his encounters with death were inevitable the moment the Rune was attached to his right hand. Despite the looming threat, McDohl embarked on a journey through the Empire, confronting corruption, cruelty, and making life-altering decisions. His objective was to restore order and peace for his people by fulfilling the hopes entrusted to him. The story is inspired by the PSOne video game and loosely based on the Water Margin classics, focusing on uniting the 108 Stars of Destiny to overthrow a corrupt government.
