The initial installments of this manga act as an introduction where Godzilla causes havoc in Tokyo in 1991 and confronts King Ghidorah afterwards. A group of scientists then stumble upon Godzilla's mutated cells in the following chapters, which leads to Godzilla decimating the city. The Futurians intervene with a proposition to eradicate the monster, but they are actually scheming Xiliens seeking to conquer the world alongside King Ghidorah. Biollante enters the fray by engaging King Ghidorah in battle and ultimately transforming into a plant-like clone after absorbing his essence. However, despite valiant efforts, Biollante succumbs to defeat. The Futurians' plan falls through, and they blend into society unnoticed. In the subsequent chapter, a team of fishermen narrate the story of Yamata no Orochi, only for Godzilla and Orochi to materialize and engage in a fierce fight. Amidst the commotion, one of the sailors falls overboard and awakens stranded on a raft. The succeeding chapters showcase a humorous view of the life of a Godzilla stuntman before culminating in the final chapter where a young Godzilla is caught by US Navy soldiers, only for an adult Godzilla to retaliate and demolish their ship.
