Dentists are the bane of Moriya Daiichi's existence. A traumatic childhood appointment has fueled his obsession with meticulous brushing and flossing in a bid to avoid any further agony. During his college days, however, his dental health fell by the wayside, resulting in several cavities. After much prodding from a concerned friend, Daiichi reluctantly schedules an appointment with the suave and capable Hara-sensei. Despite his overwhelming dread, Daiichi's apprehension dissipates upon discovering that Hara-sensei's sole interest is in ensuring that his patients maintain perfect oral hygiene - which, in Daiichi's case, they do.
