Hazuki, a regular high schooler, has recently landed a part-time gig at a local flower shop. It's love at first sight for her when she lays eyes on Ryo, a gentle and macho National Defense Academy (Boudai) student. However, due to her lack of romance experience and admiration for Ryo's uniform, Hazuki mistakenly believes that her attraction is merely a fetish for uniforms.
The Boudai is notorious for being Japan's most stringent academy that educates future leaders of the Japanese Self-Defense Force.
